There was a ton of uproar at one time to cut budget on military. You had it right to cut spending, but not there. The military is a tool. We use it in multiple ways. We are not in war at this time, but should there be one the military should be well trained, well funded, and prepared. The soldiers need supplies to be prepared. Where they go may not have what they need to survive so they will need supplies sent to them regularly. Cutting spending is a great idea, however there are other areas that need that attention. One part of a great country is a great military.
